Abstract
Introduction: The purpose of this research was to present an explanatory model of social justice in sports organizations.

Methods: The current research method is based on a qualitative approach to the foundational data method (Strauss and Corbin's systematic model), which was conducted in the field in terms of the fundamental purpose and in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this research includes all academic experts (professors who have at least 2-3 research works related to the research topic) and experts in the field of sports and professors of sociologists and psychologists who are often members of the faculty of universities in the country, as well as experienced people in the field of sports. And the Ministry of Sports and Youth and sports federations, which were selected by snowball sampling method (18 people). The qualitative approach of grounded theory was used for open, central and selective coding in data analysis and open coding was done by analyzing the interviews. Based on the identified open codes, the central codes were formed and the theoretical model was developed with the help of selective coding, then the explanatory model was approved by the opinion of experts.

Results: Factors affecting social justice in sports organizations include the characteristics of managers, employees and organizations. Contextual factors such as organizational rules, security and organizational framework as well as intervening factors such as macro laws, corruption in sports organizations and economic challenges are among the factors that influence social justice strategies (salary, training, organizational and evaluation).
