Abstract
Introduction: The main goal of this research Investigating the role of self-efficacy and entrepreneurial success on value creation in sports businesses.
Methods: In terms of purpose, it is an applied research, and in terms of method, it is a descriptive-survey, which was carried out by the method of structural equations. The statistical population includes all the people who went to Tehran sports pools for swimming, and 400 people were selected as the sample size based on Morgan's table. Data collection tools based on standard value creation questionnaires (Larson et al. 2018); Entrepreneurial success (Fisher et al. 2014) and self-efficacy (Sun et al. 2021).
Results: The results of this research show that self-efficacy has a positive effect on value creation, and self-efficacy has a positive effect on entrepreneurial success. Also, in this research, the results show that entrepreneurial success has a positive effect on value creation in sports businesses. Also, the results of this research indicate that self-efficacy through entrepreneurial success has a more positive effect on value creation in sports businesses.
Conclusion: Therefore, paying attention to the positive variables of self-efficacy and entrepreneurial success in sports businesses can cause positive behavioral responses and reduce psychological pressure in them and thus improve their value creation and innovation. Because these factors increase the feeling of usefulness and value in them, and in this way they do the current work better and the creation of value in sports businesses increases.
