Abstract

The development of sport for all means creating opportunities for more people to participate in it and improving the achievements of this participation. The purpose of this research was to identify and analyze the effective key drivers on the development of sport for all in Iraq country using mutual influence analysis in a 10-year horizon.

The research method was an exploratory mixed that in terms of the objective was applied and implemented in the content analysis (examination of documents related to the research topic) and field (interview, expert panel, and questionnaire). The statistical population of the research was made up of experts in the field of sport for all and foresight, who were selected through targeted and accessible sampling. Content analysis, interviews, and a panel of experts were conducted to determine the final drivers. Data collection was done based on a questionnaire to perform mutual influence analysis. Also, the mode was used to enter the final data into the Mic Mac software.

The research results showed that 7 economic drivers, 8 social drivers, 8 cultural drivers, 8 political drivers, 7 legal drivers, and 8 technological drivers play a role in the development of sport for all. However, only 8 drivers were determined as key drivers for the development of sport for all in Iraq.

Iraq's sports managers and officials can provide the field for the growth and development of sport for all in Iraq in the coming years in a 10-year horizon by considering the identified ey drivers.
