Abstract

Introduction: The purpose of this research was to provide effective solutions to overcome the glass cliff of women's management in Iranian sports organizations.



methods: The method of this research is qualitative exploratory. The research tool has been conducted through semi-structured interviews with elites and sports experts and library studies, related documents and researches. The population and statistical sample includes: senior managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, presidents and members of federations, senior managers of the National Olympic and Paralympic Committee and departments. Sports and youth are university faculty members and club managers. Purposeful sampling and snowball sampling technique were used for sampling to conduct in-depth interviews. A total of 13 interviews of informants and experts were conducted for the validity of the research tool, the Lincoln and Guba evaluation, which is the acceptability, transferability and verifiability of the data collection method, was used.



Results:The results of the research in this area show that the existence of the glass cliff phenomenon causes the ineffectiveness of women and the reduction of organizational productivity, therefore, serious efforts to remove and overcome these obstacles can pave the way for the realization of social justice in the organization. be sports.



Conclusion: In order to use all their capacities, Iran's sports organizations should use the results obtained in the field of appropriate solutions to eliminate the factors affecting the glass cliff of women's management in Iran's sports organizations. base their decisions on the results of this research so that they can improve their functions.
