Based on GPower software, 180 people were selected using specific criteria. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, whose validity and reliability were confirmed in this study. The collected data were described in SPSS23 and analyzed in SmartPLS3.1.1 using a structural equation modeling test.
Results: The results showed that the research model had a suitable fit, and specialized factors (p=0.027; t=2.211), interactive factors (p=0.006; t=2.762), financial factors (p=0.006; t=2.045), health promotion (p=0.009; t=2.165), cultural factors (p=0.001; t=7.276), geographical factors (p=0.1; t=15.208), and knowledge (p=0.001; t=10.078) had a positive and significant impact on the use of international human resources in Iranian sports. On the other hand, management issues (p=0.004; t=2.878), economic problems (p=0.003; t=2.739), and belief-cultural issues (p=0.034; t=2.128) had a negative and significant impact.
Conclusion: To effectively use international human resources in Iranian sports, it is necessary to pay attention to the specialized and interactive needs, improve the health of the existing platfo rms, exploit cultural and geographical potentials, and address managerial, economic, and belief-cultural issues.
