The data was collected using an exploratory approach and its analysis using the qualitative software MAXQDA. The results of the research in the section on obstacles to cycling from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence include two categories: 1. Secondary rulings, which include two sub-categories (customary conditions of society and culture of society) and 2. Jurisprudence, which includes a sub-category (individual benefits). According to sports science experts, the results of the research were six concepts, which included (physical factors, security, organizational, software factors, rules and regulations, cultural-social). The results of this research indicate that women's cycling is not a problem in itself from the point of view of Islam and jurisprudence, and according to the works it follows, scholars have raised these questions for women's cycling with secondary titles. Therefore, it is suggested to design special parks for women's cycling or covered bicycles to cover women's body size. In addition, relevant organizations, including the Islamic Council, the municipality, and the Ministry of Sports and Youth, should consider the necessary budgeting for the construction of parks and spaces for women. Also, by forming a team of engineers and jurisprudence experts, design and produce bicycles with covers.
