چکیده

مقدمه: امروزه فوتبال فراتر از یک ورزش شده و حواشی آن به سطح جامعه کشیده شده و موجب جلب ‌توجه بسیاری شده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل و ارزیابی عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد ورزشکاران فوتبال ایران است.
روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی پیمایشی است و از نظر ماهیت و هدف پژوهش کاربردی به‌شمار می‌رود و روش اجرا میدانی از طریق تکمیل پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساخته است. نظر به عبور جامعۀ آماری از مرز صدهزار نفر براساس جدول مورگان 384 نفر که در طول هجدهمین دورۀ لیگ برتر کشور (سال 1398-9913) حاضر بودند، وارد تحقیق شدند و میزان پایایی براساس آلفای کرونباخ 89/0 درصد محاسبه شد. آمار توصیفی با میانگین و انحراف معیار و آمار استنباطی با تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و آزمون فریدمن و با نرم‌افزارهای اس.پی.اس.اس 24 و لیزرل 8/8 انجام گرفت.
یافته ­ها: نتایج نشان داد که عوامل مؤثر داخل زمین دارای هفت مؤلفه و مهم‌ترین آنها به‌ترتیب مربی و کیفیت ورزشگاه و همچنین عوامل مؤثر در خارج از زمین دارای شش مؤلفه و به‌ترتیب فدراسیون و خانواده مهم‌ترین عوامل تعیین شدند.
نتیجه ­گیری: تأثیر عوامل به‌دست‌آمده بر عملکرد ورزشکاران تأیید شد که می‌توان با استفاده از آموزش و فرهنگ‌سازی به آنها جهت داد.

Analysis of effective factors on the performance of professional football athletes in Iran

Introduction: Today, football has become more than a sport and its edges have been extended to the level of society and has attracted many attentions. The purpose of the current research is to analyze and evaluate the factors affecting the performance of Iranian football athletes.
Methods: The research method is a descriptive survey type, and in terms of its nature and purpose, it is considered as an applied research, and the method of field implementation is through the completion of a researcher-made questionnaire. Considering that the statistical population crossed the threshold of 100,000 people, according to Morgan's table, 384 people who were present during the 18th season of the country's premier league (2013-1999) were included in the study, and the reliability rate was calculated based on Cronbach's alpha of 0.89%. Descriptive statistics with mean and standard deviation and inferential statistics with confirmatory factor analysis and Friedman test were performed with SPSS 24 and Lisrel 8.8 software.
Results: The results of the findings showed that the effective factors inside the field have 7 components and the most important factors are the coach and the quality of the stadium, as well as the effective factors outside the field have 6 components and the most important factors are the federation and the family respectively.
Conclusion: finally, the effect of the obtained factors on the performance of the athletes was confirmed, which can be directed by using education and culture
