چکیده

هدف از تحقیق حاضر تحلیل موانع بازدارندة مدیریت اثربخش مدیران سازمان‌های ورزشی بود. روش انجام پژوهش، آمیخته (کیفی- کمی) بود. جامعة آماری پژوهش در بخش کیفی شامل استادان دانشگاه، مدیران وزارت ورزش، کمیتة ملی المپیک و فدراسیون‌های ورزشی بودند که 30 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه به‌صورت هدفمند و به شیوة در دسترس انتخاب شدند. در بخش کمی نیز جامعة آماری شامل مدیران وزارت ورزش و کمیتة ملی المپیک، مدیران کل ورزش و جوانان استان‌ها، مدیران فدراسیون‌های ورزشی، رؤسای هیأت‌های ورزشی استان‌ها و مدیران ادارات ورزش و جوانان شهرستان‌ها (تعداد = 2079) بودند که براساس فرمول کوکران در بخش کیفی، از مصاحبه و در بخش کمی، از پرسشنامة محقق‌ساخت برای گردآوری داده‌ها استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه با نظر 8 نفر از استادان مدیریت ورزشی تأیید شد. پایایی پرسشنامه نیز با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 81/0 = α به‌دست آمد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی به کمک نرم‌افزار اس.پی.اس.اس. نسخة 20 و پی ال اس تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. براساس نتایج، پنج مانع مدیریت اثربخش مدیران ورزش شناسایی شد که عبارت بودند از موانع مهارتی (921/0)، موانع حمایتی (874/0)، موانع رفتار سازمانی (822/0)، موانع علمی (736/0) و موانع فردی- شخصیتی (675/0). با توجه به یافته‌های تحقیق، مدیران سازمان‌های ورزشی می‌توانند با تلاش در جهت رفع موانع درون‌فردی و نیز برطرف کردن موانع برون‌فردی میزان اثربخشی مدیریت خود را افزایش دهند.

چکیده [English]

Background & Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the barriers to effective management of managers of sports organizations.

Methodology: This research was mixed method (in qualitative section, classic modified Delphi method and in quantitative section, descriptive- analytical), respectively.The populations in the qualitative section consist of top level directors of the sports organizations that sampling was targeted and accessible (n=30). The statistical population in the quantitative section includes the directors of the Ministry of Sports and the National Olympic Committee, the provincial general managers of youth and sports, the directors of sport federations (chief, vice president and secretary), the heads of provincial sports councils, and the directors of cities sports and youth departments (N = 2079) and the sample size of the study was (n = 314) that selected with Quota Sampling. Data Collection tools was interviews in qualitative section and a researcher-made questionnaire in quantitative section. Validity of questionnaire was confirmed by 8 sports management professors. Reliability confirmed through Cronbach's alpha that obtained 0.81. Data analysis was done through using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with Spss20 and Smart PLS.

Results: According to results, five barriers to effective management of sports managers were identified based on priorities are as follow: skill barriers (0.921), supportive barriers (0.874), organizational behavior barriers (0.822), scientific barriers (0.736) and individual-personality barriers (0.675).

Conclusion: According to the research findings, the managers of sports organizations can increase the effectiveness of their management by trying to eliminate intra-individual barriers as well as removing external barriers.
