چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل رابطه قابلیتهای رهبری ناب بر حرفهایسازی منابع انسانی در سازمانهای ورزشی با استفاده از فرایند رتبهبندی تفسیری (IRP) انجام پذیرفت. این پژوهش تحقیق قیاسی استقرایی است، چراکه بهطور توأمان از دو رویکرد تحقیق کیفی و کمی با توجه به نوع دادهها و شرایط استفاده میشود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش 27 نفر از مدیران و خبرگان سازمانهای ورزشی شهرستان خرمآباد بودند که با استفاده از نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. برای تأیید روایی پرسشنامهها، پرسشنامههای (IRP) بین خبرگان توزیع شد و مورد تأیید ایشان قرار گرفت. پایایی پرسشنامه نیز با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ که مقدار آن برابر با 81/0 بود، تأیید شد. یافتهها مشتمل بر شناسایی قابلیتهای رهبری ناب و نتایج حرفهایسازی منابع انسانی و همچنین تحلیل رابطۀ قابلیتهای رهبری ناب در حرفهایسازی منابع انسانی است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که کمک به افزایش قابلیتهای کارکنان، مهارتهای انگیزشی و الهامبخشی، بهبود مستمر و تعهد به یادگیری، ترویج کار گروهی و تیمسازی و تمرکززدایی بهترتیب بیشتر از دیگر قابلیتهای رهبری ناب موجب حرفهایسازی منابع انسانی میشوند. همچنین با استفاده از رویکرد (IRP) چگونگی اثرگذاری قابلیتهای رهبری ناب در حرفهای سازی منابع انسانی تحلیل شد. برای مثال کمک به افزایش قابلیتهای کارکنان، افزایش کسب صلاحیتهای اخلاقی، مهارت و خبرگی، قدرت تجزیهوتحلیل مسائل، عملی ساختن اندوختهها، استقلال کاری، ارج نهادن به مشتری، قدرت تحمل ابهام و انطباقپذیری کارکنان را در پی دارد که میتواند به حرفهایسازی منابع انسانی در سازمان منجر شود.

چکیده [English]
The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of the lean leaders capabilities on professionalization of human resources Using the interpretive ranking process approach. This research was an inductive- deductive study that two qualitative and quantitative research approaches were used according to the type of data and conditions. The statistical population included 27 Sports organizations experts and managers Khorramabad city selected using purposive sampling. To confirm the validity, the questionnaire was distributed among the experts and they were approved. The Reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by using Cronbach's alpha, which was equal to 0.81. The findings included the identification of the lean leaders capabilities, The results of the professionalization of the human resources and also the analysis of the effects of the lean leaders capabilities on professionalization of the human resources. The results indicated that lean leaders capabilities enhance staff capabilities, motivational and inspirational skills, continuous improvement and commitment to learning, promoting teamwork and team building and decentralization, respectively Lean Leaders capabilities Cause professionalization human resources. The IRP approach was utilized to analyze the effectiveness of the lean leaders capabilities on professionalization Of the human resources. For example, lean leaders capabilities enhance the employee capabilities, the acquisition of ethical competencies, skills and knowledge, the ability to analyze issues, making changes, work independence, respect to the customers, toleration of ambiguity, and adaptability which leads to professionalization of the human resources In the organization.
