چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل وضعیت عوامل مؤثر بر توسعة فضای ورزشی شهر تهران و ارائة راهکارهای مناسب با تأکید بر اقتصاد مقاومتی تدوین شده است. روش پژوهشی آمیخته بود؛ بنابراین بخش کیفی پژوهش مبتنی بر نظریة زمینه‌ای بوده و داده‌های مورد نیاز از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با خبرگان به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، سهمیه‌ای گردآوری شده است. تحلیل داده‌ها پس از مراحل سه‌گانة کدگذاری مطابق الگوی پیشنهادی اشتراوس و کوربین (1998) صورت پذیرفت. بخش کمی پژوهش مبتنی بر پیمایش در جامعة هدفی متشکل از 370 نفر از مدیران، کارکنان باشگاه و خدمات‌گیرندگان بخش ورزش شهر تهران که به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای، طبقه‌ای و به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب شده بودند، روایی صوری پرسشنامه توسط متخصصان بررسی و روایی محتوایی آن با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی انجام گرفت. داده‌های حاصل با روش‌های آماری تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و آزمون تی تک‌نمونه و استفاده از نرم‌افزار Amos و spss تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. یافته‌های تحقیق بیانگر تأثیر قوی شاخص جذب سرمایه در ورزش بوده است. ازاین‌رو شاخص‌هایی چون توانمندسازی نیروی متخصص، مبارزه با فساد در ورزش، تدوین قوانین، به‌روزرسانی و تقویت مهندسی ورزشی و حمایت دولت از حضور بخش خصوصی در توسعة فضاهای ورزشی از دیگر راهکارهای مؤثر بر پدیدة مرکزی مورد مطالعه بوده است. با توجه به نتایج می‌توان گفت که وضعیت تمام عوامل شناسایی‌شده و مؤثر در توسعة فضای ورزشی در شرایط متوسطی قرار می‌گیرد.

Analyzing the Effective Factors of Tehran Sports Space Development and Providing Appropriate Solutions with an Emphasis on Resistance Economy

چکیده [English]
The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the development of Tehran's sports environment and present appropriate strategies with emphasis on resistance economy. The research method was mixed. Therefore, the qualitative part of the research is based on the grounded theory and the required data is collected through semi-structured interviews with experts by purposeful sampling method. Data were analyzed after the three coding steps according to the proposed model of Strauss and Corbin (1998). Quantitative Survey-Based Survey in a Target Community of 370 managers, club staff, and sports service providers in Tehran who were selected by cluster, stratified and random sampling. The face validity of the questionnaire was evaluated by experts. Its content validity was assessed by factor analysis. The data were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis and one sample t-test using Amos and spss software. The findings of the study indicate a strong influence on the index of attraction of capital in sport. Therefore, indicators such as empowering specialists, combating corruption in sports, drafting laws, updating and strengthening sports engineering, and government support for the presence of the private sector in the development of sports spaces have been other effective strategies to address the central phenomenon. According to the results, it can be said that the condition of all identified and effective factors in the development of the sports environment is in moderate condition.
