Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Providing a Communication Model between Talent Management and Social Capital in the Staff of the Department of Physical Education and Health of the Ministry of Education of Iran. The research method is descriptive and survey type. The statistical population of this study consisted of all staff members of Iran Ministry of Education. 71 employees of the Ministry of Education and Health of Tehran were selected as the sample size of the study by census sampling method. Philips & Roper's (2009) talent management questionnaire with reliability of 0.93 and Nahapiet & Ghoshal social capital (1998) with reliability of 0.94 were used for data analysis. Descriptive statistics were used to describe the data and inferential statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient and modeling and structural equations were used to investigate the effect of observed variables on the variables. According to the results, there was a significant correlation between talent management and social capital (r = 0.472, P = 0.001). According to the results of structural equations, talent management has an effect of 0.51 on the social capital of the staff of the Ministry of Education and Health. There is a significant relationship between the subscales of social capital and talent management. Successful organizations need progressive HR systems that can add to the overall productivity of the system and help the organization achieve its goals by providing appropriate solutions and coordinating the goals of the organization with the goals of the employees.
