The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire and the validity of the research tool was first evaluated by experts and continued in the research in PLS software. Data were analyzed using Kolmogorov Smirnov, Chi-square and Structural equation modeling method in SMART PLS (3.2.8) software.
Results: The result showed that in the final model, the effective factors can be examined in four layers and three stages of talent discovery and identification, selection and development. Layers include the indicators of talent, management and structure in sport, stakeholders and macro environment. In the management and structure, the four dimensions: requirements, resources, opportunities, and goals were identified in three stages. In the stakeholder layer and the macro environment at the stage of discovery the influence of 14 stakeholders and 7 environmental components, in the selection stage the impact of 5 stakeholders and 1 environmental component and in the development stage the influence of 12 stakeholders and 15 environmental components were identified.
