چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی ارتباط بین معنویت سازمانی و مؤلفههای آن با رفتار شهروندی سازمانی کارکنان ادارۀ ورزش و جوانان استان تهران بود. روش تحقیق توصیفی - همبستگی و از نظر روش اجرا پیمایشی بود. جامعۀ آماری شامل کلیۀ کارکنان ادارۀ ورزش و جوانان بود که با توجه به جدول مورگان، 132 نفر بهعنوان نمونه مشخص شدند. ابزار اندازهگیری، پرسشنامۀ استاندارد سنجش معنویت سازمانی میلیمن و همکاران (2003) و همچنین پرسشنامۀ استاندارد رفتار شهروندی سازمانی طراحیشده توسط اورگان و کانوسکی (1996) بود که روایی پرسشنامهها را استادان و متخصصان دانشگاهی تأیید کردند و پایایی پرسشنامهها براساس آلفای کرونباخ سنجیده شد که عدد 89/0 برای معنویت سازمانی و 83/0برای پرسشنامۀ سنجش رفتار شهروندی بهدست آمد. بهمنظور بررسی متغیرهای پژوهش و رابطۀ آن با سایر متغیرهای وابستۀ مورد نظر، از روشهای آماری مانند همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گامبهگام استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که ارتباط مثبت و معناداری بین معنویت سازمانی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون گامبهگام نیز نشان داد که از بین مؤلفههای معنویت سازمانی، کار بامعنا، دینداری و همسویی با سازمان توانایی پیشبینی معنادار رفتار شهروندی سازمانی را دارند.

چکیده [English]
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational spirituality and its dimensions and organizational citizenship behavior in the staff of Sport and Youth office in Tehran province. This study used a descriptive-correlation approach which was carried out as a field study. The statistical population consisted of all staff of Sport and Youth office and 132 subjects were selected as the sample according to Morgan Table. To collect data, Organizational Spirituality Questionnaire (Melemin, 2003) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Questionnaire (Organ & Konovsky, 1996) were used. Their validity was confirmed by university professors and experts and their reliability was estimated by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient as α=0.89 for Organizational Spirituality Questionnaire and α=0.83 for OCB Questionnaire respectively. The data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression analysis. The results indicated a significant and positive relationship between organizational spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior. Also, stepwise regression results showed that the dimensions of meaningful work, religiosity and attunement with the organization could significantly explain organizational citizenship behavior.
