Abstract

The aim of this research was to identify and prioritize effective factors on organizational spirituality according to national and religious patterns and by using interpretive structural modeling approach. The present study is applicable in view of aim, and in view of data collection is description with survey type and data collection tools in this research is questionnaire. The statistical society of this research consists of two parts: in the first part in order to identify the factors affecting organizational spirituality in the Yazd physical education office, a sample of 123 person were selected from Yazd physical education staff by stratified random sampling, on the basis of logic of factorial – analysis models and were analyzed. In the second part, for prioritizing identified key factors, 10 university masters were used who had scientific and applicable skill on the research subject. Factorial analysis results showed that the 10 factors: excellence, spiritual space, content, structure, leadership, culture, creativity, faith, and social motivation are considered as factors affecting on organizational spirituality. Also, the results of interpretive, structural modeling showed that the leadership factors has the highest influencing power and the least dependence among other nine key factors.
