Rapid changes in the science and technology and considering sport as a profession clues new challenge for sport policy-makers. In this situation, intellectual property and particularly human capital are among the most important organizational assets. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of intellectual capital on Entrepreneurial opportunities recognition in sport industry in Tehran. The sample of study consisted of 110 individuals from the sports industry entrepreneurs, investors and sports officials in Tehran. In this study, the research method is descriptive with correlation technique. The results indicated that intellectual capital has a positive and significant impact on the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities in sport industry.
