برازش معادله رگرسیونی مدیریت دانش و اثربخشی سازمانی در سازمان های ورزشی منتخب کشور

چکیده
هدف از این پژوهش برازش معادلة رگرسیونی مدیریت دانش و اثربخشی سازمانی در سازمان­های ورزشی کشور برای تعیین تأثیر فرایندهای مدیریت دانش بر اثربخشی سازمانی است. جامعة آماری تحقیق، تمام مدیران ستادی وزارت ورزش و جوانان، هیأت اجرایی کمیتة ملی المپیک، مدیران ستادی آکادمی ملی المپیک و هیأت رئیسة فدراسیون­ های برتر ورزشی بود که حجم نمونه تمام ­شمار و برابر با حجم جامعه (150 نفر) تعیین شد. این تحقیق توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بوده و به شکل میدانی اجرا شده است. روایی محتوایی ابزار تحقیق با مطالعة مبانی نظری تحقیق و با استفاده از نظر استادان و متخصصان لحاظ شد و پایایی آن نیز از طریق آزمون ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامة مدیریت دانش (88/0=α) و اثربخشی سازمانی (83/0=α) محاسبه شد. برای تجزیه ­و تحلیل داده­ ها از روش آمار توصیفی  و استنباطی استفاده شد. بین مدیریت دانش و فرایندهای آن با اثربخشی سازمانی در سازمان­های ورزشی کشور رابطة مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد و از بین فرایندها انتقال دانش بیشترین ضریب همبستگی و ثبت و ضبط دانش کمترین ضریب همبستگی را با اثربخشی سازمانی نشان دادند (86/0=r، 01/0=p). همچنین نتایج رگرسیون چندمتغیره نشان داد که 756/0 درصد از واریانس اثربخشی سازمانی مربوط به فرایندهای مدیریت دانش است (01/0P< ، 756/0=R2) و به­ ترتیب به­ کارگیری دانش، ثبت و ضبط و کسب دانش و انتقال دانش بیشترین اهمیت را در پیش­بینی تغییرات اثربخشی سازمانی دارند (01/0P< ). براساس یافته­ های پژوهش، طراحی ساختار دانش­ مدار در تمام سطوح سازمان­های ورزشی کشور در بهبود وضعیت اثربخشی این سازمان­ها مؤثر خواهد بود و در این راستا مدیران ستادی به­ عنوان تولیدکنندگان و سرمایه ­های ملی دانشی نقش مهمی برعهده دارند.

The Fit of Regression Equation of Knowledge Management and Organizational Effectivenss in Iran Selected Sport Organizations

چکیده English

The aim of this study was to fit regression equation of knowledge management and organizational effectiveness in Iran sport organizations to determine the effect of knowledge management processes on organizational effectiveness. The statistical population consisted of all staff managers of the Ministry of Sport and Youth, executive board of National Olympic Committee, staff managers of the National Olympic Academy and board of directors of premier sports federations. The sample size equaled the population size (n=150). This search was descriptive correlation and was conducted as field. The content validity of the questionnaires was determined by the theoretical foundations of the research and professors and experts' viewpoints and the reliability through Cronbach’s alpha coefficient for knowledge management questionnaire (α=0.88) and organizational effectiveness (α=0.83). The descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The results showed a significant positive relationship between knowledge management and its processes and organizational effectiveness in Iran sport organizations. Knowledge transfer had the high correlation coefficient while knowledge record had the lowest correlation with the organizational effectiveness (r=0.86, p=0.01). The multivariate regression results showed that 0.765% of the variance in organizational effectiveness was related to the knowledge management processes (p<0.01, R2=0.756) and knowledge application, record, acquistion and transfer had the greatest importance in the prediction of changes in organizational effectiveness (p<0.01). The findings of this research showed that the design of a knowledge-oriented structure at all levels of Iran sport organizations improves the effectiveness of these organizations. In this regard, staff managers as knowledge producers and national knowledge investment play an important role.
