چکیده

هدف این تحقیق، تعیین ارتباط بین سبک‌های رهبری با رفتارهای مدیریت ریسک در مدیران گروه و رؤسای تربیت بدنی دانشگاه‌های آزاد اسلامی مراکز استان‌های کشور بود. تحقیق حاضر، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود که به شکل میدانی اجرا گردید. جامعة آماری تحقیق 72 مدیرگروه و رییس تربیت بدنی دانشگاه‌های آزاد اسلامی مراکز استان‌های کشور بود که کل جامعه به روش تمام‌شماری به‌عنوان نمونة تحقیق انتخاب شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامة استاندارد مدیریت ریسک و سبک‌های رهبری بود که روایی و پایایی آن در تحقیقات مختلف سنجیده شده است. در تحقیق حاضر نیز روایی محتوایی و صوری ابزار تحقیق با استفاده از نظر استادان و متخصصان لحاظ شد و پایایی آن از طریق آزمون ضریب آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شد (پرسشنامة مدیریت ریسک 84/0 = ?، پرسشنامة سبک‌های رهبری 78/0 = ?) . یافته‌ها نشان داد بین رفتارهای مدیریت ریسک با سابقة کار مدیریتی و سابقة مربیگری رابطة معناداری وجود دارد (05/0P>). از طرفی بین رفتارهای مدیریت ریسک با سطح تحصیلات مدیران و وضعیت مربیگری رابطة معناداری مشاهده نشد (05/0P>). از نتایج دیگر تحقیق این بود که بین رفتارهای مدیریت ریسک در سطوح مختلف سبک‌های رهبری تفاوت معناداری مشاهده شد (05/0P>). باوجود این رفتارهای مدیریت ریسک در سطوح مختلف وضعیت استخدامی تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد (05/0P>). در نهایت اینکه بین سبک‌های رهبری و رفتارهای مدیریت ریسک مدیران ارتباط معناداری مشاهده شد (05/0P>). یافته‌ها نشان داد که سطوح اجرای رفتارهای مدیریت ریسک اعضای گروه‌های تربیت بدنی دانشگاه‌های آزاد اسلامی مراکز استان‌های کشور، وضعیت نسبتاً مطلوبی ندارد. بنابراین نیاز به آموزش بیشتر و ایجاد فرصت‌های مناسب‌تر برای مدیران گروه‌ تربیت بدنی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی جهت آشنایی با روش‌های مدیریت ریسک و به‌کارگیری آن در برگزاری و اجرای مسابقات و رویدادهای ورزشی ضروری و مهم است.

The Relationship between Leadership Style and Risk Management Behaviors in Physical Education Department Heads and Directors of Islamic Azad Universities in Provinces of Iran

چکیده [English]

The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between leadership style and risk management behaviors in physical education department heads and directors of Islamic Azad universities in different provinces in Iran. The research used a descriptive correlation approach which was carried out by a field method. For this purpose, 72 department heads and directors of Islamic Azad universities from different provinces in Iran were selected as the statistical population and all were selected as the statistical samples using census method. Data were collected by two questionnaires of risk management and leadership styles. Their content and face validity were confirmed by experts and professionals and Cronbach alpha coefficient was used to determine the reliability for each questionnaire (?=0.84 for risk management questionnaire and ?=0.78 for leadership styles questionnaire). Research findings showed a significant relationship between risk management behaviors and the record of managerial and coaching activities (P>0.05). On the other hand, there was no significant relationship between risk management behaviors and educational level of managers and coaching status (P<0.05). Also, there was a significant difference among risk management behaviors in different levels of leadership styles (P>0.05). However, there was no significant difference among risk management behaviors in different levels of employment status (P>0.05). Finally, a significant relationship was observed between the leadership styles and risk management behaviors (P>0.05). The findings indicated that the levels of risk management behaviors at physical education departments of Islamic Azad universities were not satisfactory. Therefore, it is necessary to provide more training and more opportunities for heads of physical education departments of Islamic Azad universities to familiarize with risk management methods and to apply them in sports events and competitions.
