Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between productivity and organizational intelligence in physical education offices of east Azerbaijan province. The present research was a descriptive correlational survey. The statistical population consisted of managers in physical education offices and the statistical sample consisted of 34 members of this population. The data were collected by Albrecht OI questionnaire and standard productivity questionnaire. Pearson correlation and step by step multiple regression test were used. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between productivity and OI, and all components of OI. The results of step by step multiple regression analysis showed that among OI components, appetite for change, spirit and knowledge deployment were able to significantly predict productivity.
