تاثیر مشارکت در بودجه بندی بر نگرش های شغلی و عملکرد مدیران تربیت بدنی دانشگاه ها

چکیده
هدف این تحقیق تحلیل تأثیر مشارکت در بودجه­بندی بر نگرش­های شغلی و عملکرد مدیران تربیت بدنی دانشگاه­ها بود. روش تحقیق توصیفی، از لحاظ روابط بین متغیرها، از نوع همبستگی و به لحاظ هدف، از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و روش جمع‌آوری اطلاعات میدانی بود. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش مدیران تربیت بدنی دانشگاه­های دولتی وابسته به وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری بودند. حجم نمونه برابر با کل جامعه و به‌صورت کل‌شمار تعیین شد. به‌منظور جمع­آوری اطلاعات از پنج پرسشنامۀ استاندارد شامل پرسشنامۀ مشارکت در بودجه‌بندی، پرسشنامۀ رضایت شغلی، پرسشنامۀ عجین شدن با شغل، پرسشنامۀ تعهد سازمانی و پرسشنامۀ عملکرد استفاده شد. بررسی تأثیر متغیرها و ارزیابی مدل از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری (SEM)، روش Bayesian Estimation با استفاده از نرم­افزار AMOS انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که مشارکت در بودجه­بندی مدیران به‌طور مستقیم بر عملکرد مدیران تربیت بدنی تأثیر معناداری ندارد، اما نتایج معادلات ساختاری Bayesian Estimation نشان داد مشارکت مدیران در بودجه­بندی به‌طور غیرمستقیم از طریق تأثیرگذاری بر رضایت شغلی و تعهد سازمانی بر عملکرد مدیران مؤثر است. همچنین رضایت شغلی مدیران تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر تعهد سازمانی و تعهد سازمانی بر عجین شدن با شغل آنان دارد.

چکیده English

The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of budget participation on
job attitudes and performance of physical education managers of
universities. Research method was descriptive, with regard to the
relationship of the variables it was correlation and application considering
the aim of the study and data were collected by field method. The statistical
population consisted of physical education managers of state universities
affiliated to the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. The sample
was equal to the population. Five standardized questionnaires were used to
collect data including Budget Participation, Job Satisfaction, Job
Involvement, Organizational Commitment and Performance. To evaluate the
effect of the variables and to assess the model, Structural Equation Modeling
(SEM), Bayesian estimation with AMOS software were used. The Results
revealed that participation in budgeting of managers did not directly have a
significant effect on their performance. But the results of SEM and Bayesian
estimation showed that participation of managers in budgeting indirectly had
an effect on their performance through influencing job satisfaction and
organizational commitment. Also, job satisfaction had a positive and
significant effect on organizational commitment and organizational
commitment on job involvement.
