چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی کیفی و کمی عوامل اثرگذار بر توسعه علمی ورزش ملی کشور عراق انجام شده است.

روش پژوهش: روش این پژوهش آمیخته از نوع اکتشافی بوده که عوامل اثرگذار بر توسعه علمی ورزش ملی کشور عراق با استفاده از مصاحبه های عمیق نیمه ساختار یافته در قالب یک مدل مفهومی بررسی شده و در ادامه با استفاده از آزمون مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری میزان تاثیر هر گروه از عوامل اثرگذار بر توسعه علمی ورزش این کشور بررسی گردید.

یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که علیرغم مدیریت نادرست و تخریب زیرساخت های ورزشی عراق در زمان حضور این کشور در جنگ های متعدد، امکان توسعه علمی ورزش این کشور در صورت فرهنگ سازی صحیح، توجه به شایسته سالاری و استفاده از خبرگان علوم ورزشی در ساختار ورزش عراق، توسعه زیرساخت ها بر اساس استاندارد های روز دنیا، تغییر در نظام اداری ورزش این کشور، توجه بیشتر به خصوصی سازی در صنعت، بارورسازی بیشتر منابع مالی و انسانی و همچنین تصویب و اصلاح قوانین مورد نیاز در کنار تغییر باور مسوولان ارشد ورزش این کشور در راستای اثرگذاری استفاده از علوم ورزشی جدید و ورود متخصصان این رشته در کسب موفقیت های ورزشی ملی و بین المللی وجود خواهد داشت.

نتیجه گیری: به همین جهت به مسئولان ارشد ورزش عراق پیشنهاد می گردد تا برای دستیابی به پیشرفت پایدار ورزش این کشور و همچنین ارتقای جایگاه ورزش عراق در حوزه بین الملل در راستای توسعه علمی ورزش این کشور تلاش نمایند.

The Model of Scientific Development of Sports (Case Study: Iraq)

چکیده [English]

Introduction: This research has been conducted with the aim of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the influencing factors on the scientific development of national sports in Iraq.

Methods: This research is a mixed-methods, exploratory study, in which the factors affecting the scientific development of national sports in the country are examined through semi-structured interviews within a conceptual model. Furthermore, the impact of each group of factors on the scientific development of sports in the country is investigated using structural equation modeling.

Results: The results indicated that the possibility of scientific development of sports in this country will exist provided that proper cultural assimilation and increased attention to meritocracy and the utilization of sports science experts in Iraq's sports structure take place. Moreover, the development of sports infrastructure in this country should be based on international standards, and there should be a change in the sports administration system as well as increased focus on privatization in the sports industry. Additionally, greater mobilization of financial and human resources and the approval and amendment of necessary laws, alongside a change in the mindset of senior sports officials in terms of the substantial influence of utilizing sports science and the involvement of specialists in achieving national and international sports successes, must be implemented.

Conclusion: Based on the results, it is recommended that senior sports officials in Iraq make efforts to achieve sustainable progress in sports in the country and elevate the position of Iraqi sports internationally through scientific development.
