چکیده

مقدمه: هدف از این تحقیق، اولویت‌بندی عوامل و ارائۀ راهکارهای مؤثر برای عبور از پرتگاه شیشه‌ای مدیریت زنان در ایران بود.
روش پژوهش: روش این تحقیق ترکیبی از اکتشافی (کیفی و کمی) است. جامعۀ آماری شامل مدیران ارشد وزارت ورزش و جوانان، فدراسیون‌ها، ادارۀ کل ورزش و جوانان، کمیته‌های ملی المپیک و پارالمپیک و ادارات ورزش و جوانان، اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه‌ها و مدیران باشگاه‌های ورزشی است.
یافته‌ها: عنوان اولویت اول از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است، همچنین ایجاد بستر فرهنگ‌سازی در راستای توسعۀ نگرش مثبت خانواده و جامعه نسبت به توانایی‌های مدیریتی زنان در اولویت دوم، ایجاد عزت نفس و اعتمادبه‌نفس در زنان مورد بررسی در اولویت سوم، افزایش اعتمادبه‌نفس در شایستگی زنان در سمت‌های مدیریتی ارشد سازمان‌های ورزشی در اولویت چهارم و توجه به تفاوت‌های شخصیتی زنان و مردان در اولویت پنجم قرار گرفت.
نتیجه‌گیری: یکی از اهداف این تحقیق، ساده‌سازی پیچیدگی مسیرهای تأثیرگذار بر عوامل تعیین‌کننده و همچنین ارائۀ راهکارهای مناسب برای رفع عوامل مؤثر بر صخرۀ شیشه‌ای مدیریت زنان در سازمان‌های ورزشی ایران بوده است.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The purpose of this research was to prioritize factors and provide effective solutions to overcome the Glass Cliff of women's management in Iranian.
Methods: The method of this study is a combination of exploratory (qualitative and quantitative).  The statistical population included senior managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, federations, the General Directorate of Sports and Youth, the National Olympic and Paralympic Committees and the Sports and Youth Departments, university faculty members and sports club managers.
Results: The title of the first priority is of great sygnificance, also creating a culture platform in line with the development of positive attitude of the family and society towards the managerial abilities of women was placed in the second priority; in the third priority, the creation of self-esteem and self-confidence in women of the study. Boosting confidence in the competence of women in senior management positions in sports organizations the fourth priority and garnering attention to the personality differences of women and men was the fifth priority.
Conclusion: One of the goals of this research is to simplify the complexity of the influencing paths. It has been the determining factors and also providing appropriate solutions to eliminate the factors affecting the glass cliff of women's management in Iran's sports organizations.
