چکیده

مقدمه: هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش خودکارامدی و موفقیت کارآفرینی بر خلق ارزش در کسب‌وکارهای ورزشی است.
روش پژوهش: تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ روش، توصیفی- پیمایشی است که به روش معادلات ساختاری انجام شده است. جامعة آماری شامل تمامی افرادی که برای شنا به استخرهای ورزشی تهران مراجعه کردند است، که بر اساس جدول مورگان 400 نفر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها بر اساس پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد خلق ارزش (لارسون و همکاران، 2018)، موفقیت کارآفرینی (فیشر و همکاران، 2014) و خودکارامدی (سان و همکاران، 2021) است.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد خودکارامدی بر خلق ارزش و موفقیت کارآفرینانه تأثیر مثبتی دارد. همچنین موفقیت کارآفرینانه بر خلق ارزش در کسب‌وکارهای ورزشی تأثیر مثبتی دارد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که خودکارامدی از طریق موفقیت کارآفرینانه بر خلق ارزش در کسب‌وکارهای ورزشی تأثیر مثبت بیشتری دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: توجه به متغیرهای مثبت خودکارامدی و موفقیت کارآفرینانه در کسب‌وکارهای ورزشی می‌تواند سبب بروز پاسخ‌های رفتاری مثبت و کاهش فشار روانی در آنها شود و در نتیجه خلق ارزش و نوآوری آنها بهبود یابد، زیرا این عوامل احساس مفید بودن و ارزشمندی را در آنها افزایش می‌دهد و از این طریق کار فعلی را بهتر انجام می‌دهند و خلق ارزش در کسب‌وکارهای ورزشی افزایش می‌یابد.

Introduction: The main goal of this research was investigating the role of self-efficacy and entrepreneurial success on value creation in sports businesses.
Methods: In terms of purpose, it is an applied research, and in terms of method, it is a descriptive-survey, which was carried out by the method of structural equations. The statistical population included all the people who consumed Tehran sports pools for swimming, and 400 people were selected as the sample size based on Morgan's table. Data collection tools based on standard value creation questionnaires (Larson et al. 2018); Entrepreneurial success (Fisher et al. 2014) and self-efficacy (Sun et al. 2021).
Results: The results of this research show that self-efficacy has a positive effect on value creation, and self-efficacy has a positive effect on entrepreneurial success. Also, in this research, the results show that entrepreneurial success has a positive effect on value creation in sports businesses. Also, the results of this research indicate that self-efficacy through entrepreneurial success has a more positive effect on value creation in sports businesses.
Conclusion: Therefore, paying attention to the positive variables of self-efficacy and entrepreneurial success in sports businesses can cause positive behavioral responses and reduce psychological pressure in them and thus improve their value creation and innovation. Because these factors increase the feeling of usefulness and value in them, and in this way they do the current work better and the creation of value in sports businesses increases.
