Journal Article 2021 12 04 <strong>Introduction:</strong> The purpose of current research was investigation to the effect of proactive personality on job thriving and creative behaviors of physical education teachers in Golestan province<strong>.</strong><br /><strong>Methods:</strong> The research method was descriptive and structural equations. The statistical population included all physical education teachers in Golestan province (675) from whom 246 people were selected as the statistical sample according to the stratified sampling. Data collection tools were three standard questionnaires: Bharati et al.'s (2018) Proactive Personality, Imran et al.'s (2020) Job thriving questionnaire and Akgunduz et al.'s (2018) Creative Behaviors questionnaire. All these questionnaires have 10, 10 and 5 items respectively. After ensuring the internal reliability of the research instrument by Cronbach's alpha method and the optimal good of fit of the research model, the data were analyzed using Smart PLS software.<br /><strong>Results: </strong>The results showed that proactivity personality had positive and significant effect on job thriving and creative behaviors of physical education teachers. Also, the effect of proactivity personality on the creative behaviors of physical education teachers with the mediating role of job thriving was positive and significant.<br /><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Therefore, it is possible to increase productivity and improve the quality of education by attracting and training teachers with proactivity traits, while strengthening creative behaviors and laying the groundwork for teachers' career success. <strong>مقدمه:</strong> هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر شخصیت پویا بر کامیابی شغلی و رفتارهای خلاقانۀ معلمان تربیت ‌بدنی استان گلستان بود.<br /><strong>روش پژوهش:</strong> روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی و مبتنی بر معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعۀ آماری دربرگیرندۀ تمامی معلمان تربیت بدنی استان گلستان بود (675) که تعداد 246 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای به‌عنوان نمونۀ آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها سه پرسشنامۀ استاندارد شخصیت پویا باراتی و همکاران (2018)، کامیابی شغلی ایمران و همکاران (2020) و رفتارهای خلاقانۀ آکگاندوز و همکاران (2018) بود که این پرسشنامه‌ها به‌ترتیب دارای10، 10 و 5 گویه هستند. پس از اطمینان از پایایی درونی ابزار تحقیق به روش آلفای کرونباخ و برازش مطلوب الگوی پژوهش، داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی‌ال‌اس تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند.<br /><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>نتایج تحلیل مسیر الگوی پژوهش نشان داد که شخصیت پویا اثری مثبت و معنا‌دار بر کامیابی شغلی و رفتارهای خلاقانه معلمان تربیت بدنی دارد. همچنین اثر شخصیت پویا بر رفتارهای خلاقانه معلمان تربیت بدنی با نقش میانجی کامیابی شغلی مثبت و معنا‌دار بود.<br /><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>ازاین‌رو می‌توان از طریق جذب و آموزش معلمان برخوردار از شخصیت پویا، ضمن تقویت رفتارهای خلاقانه و بسترسازی کامیابی شغلی معلمان، افزایش بهره‌وری و بهبود کیفیت آموزش را فراهم کرد. https://jsm.ut.ac.ir/article_92137_d6b138c8033a55e2c0f553a468d34c1e.pdf
