The analysis process followed a seven-step approach developed by Sandelowski and Barros (2006). The research community consisted of databases and reputable domestic journals in this field. Using a purposeful sampling method and entry criteria, the researchers selected 54 documents to use as their sample.<br /><strong>Results</strong>: The development of elite sports involves several key concepts, including management requirements, financial and economic, sociocultural, political, legal, human resource requirements, educational and scientific, geographical, media, and physical platforms, talent search systems, support networks, and personal traits.<br /><strong>Conclusion</strong>: Elite sports play a vital role in the growth and success of sports. By carefully planning and focusing on key factors, it is possible to achieve various goals such as increasing the number of elite events, winning more medals on the international stage, gaining recognition on a global scale, improving the status of national teams, and creating a stronger sense of national identity and unity. <strong>مقدمه</strong><strong>:</strong> هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی عوامل مؤثر در توسعة ورزش قهرمانی بود.<br /><strong>روش پژوهش: </strong>این تحقیق به لحاظ روش‌شناسی، از نوع پژوهش‌های کیفی بود. فرایند تحلیل در قالب رویکرد هفت‌مرحله‌ای ساندلوسکی و باروسو (2006) صورت پذیرفت. جامعة پژوهش شامل پایگاه‌های داده و مجلات معتبر داخلی در این حوزه بود. بر اساس معیارهای ورود و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، 54 سند به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند.<br /><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>الزامات مدیریتی، بسترهای مالی - اقتصادی، بسترهای اجتماعی و فرهنگی، بسترهای سیاسی، بسترهای قانونی، الزامات منابع انسانی، بسترهای آموزشی - علمی، بسترهای جغرافیایی، زمینه‌های رسانه‌ای، سیستم استعدادیابی،‌ شبکة حمایتی،‌ ویژگی‌های شخصی، بسترهای فیزیکی و رویدادهای ورزشی به‌عنوان مفاهیم اصلی مرتبط با توسعة ورزش قهرمانی شناسایی شدند.<br /><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>ورزش قهرمانی از ارکان مهم توسعة ورزش است که با برنامه‌ریزی دقیق بر روی عوامل مؤثر در توسعة آن، می‌توان به اهدافی همچون افزایش جمعیت ورزش قهرمانی، کسب مدال‌های بیشتر در عرصة بین‌المللی، کسب وجهة بین‌المللی، ارتقای جایگاه تیم‌های ملی و تقویت هویت و انسجام ملی دست یافت.<br /><br />یافته‌های حاصل میتواند به متولیان سازمانی و پژوهشگران این حوزه کمک کند تا درک جامع تری از عوامل مختلف و مؤثر در توسعة ورزش قهرمانی را به دست آورند. https://jsm.ut.ac.ir/article_87158_e9902a1bcf3a660e6e56e8561d0a420c.pdf
