The statistical population in the qualitative part included professors and selected managers of sports organizations (18 people) and in the quantitative part included professors of managers of sports organizations (110 people). To collect information in a quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire based on the qualitative part was used, which was divided into two general parts: demographic characteristics and its questions. This questionnaire consists of 30 items and in the form of 8 main components in the form of five Likert options (strongly agree, 5 points to strongly disagree, 1 point) were used. To analyze the findings, the method of structural equations using Smart-PLS software was applied.Results The results of the analysis of the interviews showed that 30 concept codes, 8 categories (core code) economic, legal, voluntary, ethical, environmental, Education, personal and social health and energy consumption management are the components of social responsibility of sports organizations.Conclusion: Finally, the Charter of Social Responsibility of sports organizations was designed. It is suggested to the sports organizations of the country to use the charter of social responsibility of the current research in order to develop the social responsibility of their organization مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و تدوین منشور مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمان‌های ورزشی جمهوری اسلامی ایران با رویکرد ترکیبی اجرا شد.روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر ازلحاظ هدف کاربردی، روش تحقیق، آمیخته از نوع اکتشافی متوالی و شیوة گردآوری پیمایشی بود. جامعۀ آماری در بخش کیفی شامل استادان و مدیران منتخب سازمان‌های ورزشی (18 نفر) و در بخش کمی شامل مدیران سازمان‌های ورزشی (110 نفر) بود. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در بخش کمی از پرسشنامة محقق‌ساخته برگرفته از بخش کیفی استفاده شد که به دو بخش کلی ویژگی‌های جمعیت‌شناختی و سؤال‌های آن تقسیم شد. این پرسشنامه شامل 30 گویه و در قالب 8 مؤلفة اصلی به‌صورت پنج‌گزینه‌ای لیکرت است. از روش معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Smart- PLS برای تحلیل یافته‌ها استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها نشان داد که 30 کد مفهومی، 8 مقولة (کد محوری) اقتصادی، قانونی، داوطلبانه، اخلاقی، زیست‌محیطی، آموزشی، سلامت فردی و اجتماعی و مدیریت مصرف انرژی از مؤلفه‌های مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمان‌های ورزشی‌اند.نتیجه‌گیری: در انتها، منشور مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمان‌های ورزشی طراحی شد. به سازمان‌های ورزشی کشور پیشنهاد می‌شود از منشور مسئولیت اجتماعی پژوهش حاضر، به‌منظور توسعۀ مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمان خود استفاده کنند. https://jsm.ut.ac.ir/article_86433_b9da5cecb1e772418fe679d940d4726c.pdf
