Journal Article 2021 10 12 The purpose of this study is to identify the developmental characteristics of the ethical behaviors of the Yar organization in the country's sports. This research has a qualitative approach and the method of fundamental data theory has been used as a research method. Data collection methods are the study of theoretical foundations and in-depth and open interviews with 16 prominent professors in the field of sports management who specialize in the field of ethical behavior. The sampling method continued purposefully by standard and to the extent of theoretical saturation. The validity of this study was evaluated and confirmed by the interviewees and then the expert professors. Reliability was also achieved by using the process audit study method of the results of 70.3%. To analyze the data, continuous comparison method has been used during three stages of open, central and selective coding. The research results showed that the strategic factor of the model is to create a charter of ethical behaviors to improve the development indicators of ethical behaviors of Yar organization in the country's sports. An organization was considered. Consequences whose manifestation means the emergence of the phenomenon of improving the indicators of development of the ethical behaviors of Yar Organization in the country's sports. <strong>مقدمه:</strong> هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل موانع و پیامدهای فرهنگی و اجتماعی ورزش حضور بانوان ورزشکار در مسابقات برون‌مرزی بود.<br /><strong>روش پژوهش: </strong>روش پژوهش ترکیبی اکتشافی متوالی (کیفی – کمی) است. جامعۀ آماری در بخش کیفی شامل خبرگان حوزۀ مدیریت ورزشی (استادان مدیریت ورزشی) و مدیران و دست‌اندرکاران ورزش قهرمانی زنان بود. با بهره‌گیری از روش نمونه‌گیری گلوله‌برفی و تکنیک اشباع نظری به نمونه‌گیری در بخش کیفی اقدام شد (24 نفر). برای تحلیل داده‌های مربوط به مصاحبه از روش کدگذاری استفاده شد. جامعة آماری بخش کمی این پژوهش شامل بانوان ورزشکاری که سابقۀ حضور در رویدادهای بین‌المللی را داشته‌اند، نایب‌رئیسان بانوان فدراسیون‌های ورزشی و برگزارکنندگان رویدادهای ورزشی بین‌المللی است (384 نفر). برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در بخش کمی از پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساخته برگرفته از بخش کیفی استفاده شد که به دو بخش کلی ویژگی‌های جمعیت‌شناختی و سؤال‌های آن تقسیم شد. این پرسشنامه شامل 69 گویه و در قالب شش مؤلفۀ اصلی به‌صورت پنج‌گزینه‌ای لیکرت (خیلی زیاد، 5 امتیاز تا خیلی کم، 1 امتیاز) است. از روش معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Smart- PLS برای تحلیل مدل استفاده شد.<br /><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>در بخش کیفی پژوهش مشخص شد که مقوله‌ها در قالب 69 کد مفهومی و در دل ابعاد شش‌گانۀ مدل پارادایمی جای گرفتند. در بخش کمی نیز مشخص شد که هر شش مؤلفۀ اصلی پژوهش از برازش مناسبی برخوردار است.<br /><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>به مدیران ورزش کشور پیشنهاد می‌شود به‌منظور رفع موانع و دستیابی به پیامدهای مثبت حضور زنان در مسابقات برون‌مرزی، از رسانه‌ها، فرهنگ‌سازی، جذب هوادار، مربیان مناسب و قوانین حمایتی استفاده کنند. https://jsm.ut.ac.ir/article_85903_d1fa1b8cedf90995aef8ee0b70c03d6f.pdf
