The research instrument was the Naderi human capital questionnaire. by content validity method, validity of questionnaire confirmed by human capital experts and its reliability with Cronbach's alpha (0.978) obtained. For data analysis, descriptive statistics (abundance percentage, mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, one-sample t-test, partial correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression) was used.
