This study has a qualitative approach and we used the grounded theory as a research method. For gathering data we studied high level documents and we interviewed with 28 experts who were aware of this subject. The validity of this research was examined and approved by the interviewers and then expert professors. The reliability of it is %87 which was obtained by using the methodology of the interstitial agreement. For data analysis we used the continuous comparison method in three stages: open, axial and selective coding. The results of this study showed that collaborative compilation factors, external environment factors, organizational environment factors, executive commitment factors for strategic control ,teaching and learning factors, cultural reform factors, change management factors and the establishment of strategic control model as eight effective factors in strategic control of sport organizations of Iran were identified and extracted. The sport organizations with the step by step implementation of this mechanism can improve control systems, responsiveness and appropriate reaction to environmental changes, systematic thinking and organizational performance and they can control strategic plans at the operational stage. The sport organizations with the step by step implementation of this mechanism can improve control systems, responsiveness and appropriate reaction to environmental changes, systematic thinking and organizational performance and they can control strategic plans at the operational stage. هدف از انجام این پژوهش طراحی مدل مؤثّر کنترل استراتژیک برای سازمان‌ها و فدراسیون‌های ورزشی ایران است. این پژوهش دارای رویکردی کیفی بوده و از روش نظریه داده بنیاد به‌عنوان روش تحقیق استفاده شده است. روش گردآوری داد‌ه‌ها، مطالعة اسناد بالادستی و مصاحبه‌های عمیق و باز با 28 نفر از نخبگان آگاه از موضوع مورد بحث است. روایی این پژوهش توسط مصاحبه‌شوندگان و سپس اساتید متخصص مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و تأیید گردید. پایایی نیز با استفاده از روش توافق درون موضوعی 87% به‌دست آمد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش مقایسة مداوم در طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که عوامل تدوین مشارکتی، عوامل محیط بیرونی، عوامل فضای سازمانی، عوامل تعهد اجرایی برای کنترل استراتژیک، عوامل آموزش و یادگیری، عوامل اصلاح فرهنگ، عوامل مدیریت تغییر و استقرار مدل کنترل استراتژیک به‌عنوان مؤلفه‌های مؤثّر در کنترل استراتژیک سازمان‌های ورزشی ایران شناسایی و استخراج گردید. سازمان‌های ورزشی با پیاده‌سازی گام به گام این مکانیزم می‌توانند سیستم‌های کنترل، پاسخگویی و واکنش مناسب به تغییرات محیطی، تفکر سیستمی و عملکرد سازمان را بهبود و برنامه‎های راهبردی را در مرحلة عملیات کنترل نمایند. https://jsm.ut.ac.ir/article_76858_95b46e9dfb01eccc870f4fc887ebc2b6.pdf
