Thestatistical population in qualities sector was all professors in field of children and adolescence sport (sample=25) people and in quantity sector was physical education teachers in Iran (n=5682), and the sample was (n= 122) teachers, (66 male, 56 female), in year 94-95, sample chosen randomly in 6city. The instrument was questionnaire, based on Qualities sector of study validity of that proved by 12 university professors and reliability of that calculated by Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient (0.82). Descriptive statistics were utilized to summarize sample characteristics and explore factor analyzing test used to find the main factors data analyzed by exploratory factor analysis by varimax rotation method. Factor analysis showedsix factors can 49.72 percent of institutionalize sport in children and adolescence in view of sport teachers. So effective factor of institutionalize sport culture in children and adolescences must be pay attention by families and   country sport planners.
