The research method was correlation and application in terms of goal. The population consisted of 274 subjects and 153 subjects were selected as the sample. Single loop learning questionnaire (derived from the conceptual model of Beats) and knowledge management questionnaire (a mix by Jashpara et al.) were used to collect data. Descriptive and inferential statistics (K-S test, correlation coefficient, stepwise regression) were used to analyze data. The results showed the single-loop learning as the predictor of knowledge management. In the meantime, the use and application of knowledge (<em>β</em>=0.403) was the factor which was influenced by single-loop learning more than other factors of knowledge management in Sport and Youth general offices of the western region. According to these results, it is suggested that managers and employees should collaborate in single-loop learning and development and its components so that an effective step can be taken to improve knowledge management in Sport and Youth general offices in western region of Iran.   هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطۀ یادگیری تک‌حلقه‌ای با مدیریت دانش در ادارات کل ورزش و جوانان منتخب غرب کشور بود. روش تحقیق از نوع همبستگی و از نظر هدف کاربردی است. جامعۀ آماری در زمان تحقیق 274 نفر بودند که 153 نفر به‌عنوان نمونۀ تحقیق در نظر گرفته شدند. ابزار اصلی تحقیق، پرسشنامۀ یادگیری تک‌حلقه‌ای (برگرفته از مدل مفهومی بیتس) و مدیریت دانش (تلفیقی از جاشپار و همکاران) بود. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و آزمون‌های آماری کولموگروف اسمیرنوف، ضریب همبستگی و رگرسیون گام‌به‌گام استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که یادگیری تک‌حلقه‌ای پیش‌بینی‌کنندۀ مدیریت دانش است و در این میان، به‌کارگیری و کاربرد دانش (403/0β=) تأثیرپذیرترین مؤلفۀ مدیریت دانش از یادگیری تک‌حلقه‌ای در ادارات کل ورزش و جوانان منطقۀ غرب کشور بود. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق پیشنهاد می‌شود که با تشریک مساعی مدیران و کارکنان در فعالیت‌های رشد و یادگیری تک‌حلقه‌ای و مؤلفه‌های آن بتوان گامی مؤثر در ارتقای سطح مدیریت دانش ادارات کل ورزش و جوانان منطقۀ غرب کشور برداشت. https://jsm.ut.ac.ir/article_62981_ea0307931d54e7231e714fb5ee7423ef.pdf
