The present study was descriptive-correlation and of application nature. The statistical population included staff of 10 selected sport federations and 165 members were selected as the sample of this study. The data were collected by demographic questionnaire, knowledge management questionnaire and human resource productivity questionnaire. Descriptive statistics were used to classify the data and to test the hypotheses, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to examine the normal distribution of the data and Pearson correlation and multivariate regression tests were used to determine the relationship and to predict among the variables and Z Fisher test was used to compare the correlation coefficient of the independent variables. The results of correlation test showed a positive and significant relationship between all KM components and total KM (<em>r</em>=0.689) and human resource productivity in the selected sport federations (P˂0.01). Finally, the results of step by step regression analysis showed that among KM components, knowledge creation was able to significantly predict human resource productivity and there was no difference in the relationship between knowledge management subsystems and human resource productivity in team and individual sport federations.
