The research method used in this study was descriptive. The population consisted of the students of physical education faculties of Tehran state universities (n=2000) and the sample was determined as 322 subjects based on Morgan table. A researcher-made questionnaire (24 items) based on Kirk Patric's model was used to collect data. The validity of this questionnaire was confirmed by 8 sport management professors, and the reliability was acquired through Cronbach's alpha (α=0.91). To analyze the data, descriptive (mean and frequency percentage) and inferential statistics (one sample t test) were used.
