The study was a descriptive study and of correlation kind and conducted as a field study. The statistical population consisted of all tourists of Tehran ski resorts (Dizin, Shemshak, Tochal and Abali). According to the estimates of the managers of these ski resorts, the statistical population was approximately considered 10,000 subjects. 370 tourists were selected as the sample using Morgan table. A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed and 362 acceptable questionnaires were returned. To gather data, a questionnaire from the doctoral dissertation of Wei–Ku Yeh (2008) was used. For data analysis of demographic features, descriptive and inferential statistics including confirmatory factor analysis, Kolmogorov–Smirnov test, Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate regression were used. Findings showed a positive significant relationship between tourists' motivations and satisfaction. Among the dimensions of tourists' motivation, the professional skill was a stronger predictor of tourists' satisfaction.</em> این پژوهش با هدف بررسی ارتباط بین انگیزه­ها با رضایتمندی گردشگران پیست­های اسکی استان تهران انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود که به شکل میدانی اجرا شد. جامعة آماری پژوهش تمامی گردشگران پیست­های اسکی استان تهران (دیزین، شمشک، توچال و آبعلی) بود. براساس برآوردهای صورت­گرفته از مدیران پیست­های اسکی یادشده، جامعة آماری پژوهش به­صورت تقریبی 10 هزار نفر در نظر گرفته شد. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان 370 نفر تعیین شد. 400 پرسشنامه توزیع شد که 362 پرسشنامة قابل قبول بازگردانده شد. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامة رسالة دکتری وی (2008) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه­وتحلیل ویژگی­های جمعیت­شناختی از آمار توصیفی و از آزمون تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، آزمون کلوموگروف – اسمیرنوف، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندمتغیره در بخش آمار استنباطی استفاده شد. بررسی <br /> یافته­های پژوهش نشان داد که بین انگیزه­ها با رضایتمندی گردشگران پیست­های اسکی ارتباط مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. از بین ابعاد انگیزة گردشگران، بعد مهارت­های حرفه­ای پیش­بین قوی­تری برای رضایتمندی گردشگران بود. https://jsm.ut.ac.ir/article_35709_4a20b5afe962b7614db79f7807ef6833.pdf
