First stage involved the content analysis of researches on talent identification, second stage was semi-structured interviews with the convenience sampling method until theoretical saturation with 15sports experts of Football Federation. Third stage, the Delphi approach was conducted with 22 football experts. Quantitative stage of the research was conducted with a survey approach and descriptive statistics used to describe the variables in the research community. In the inferential statistics, structural equation modeling to measure the effect of various factors, Smart PLS3 software was used to analyze the data.Results: In the third round of Delphi method, the 6-stage Iran football talent comprehensive management model was approved, children should be identified and entered the field of education from the age of 4-7 through basic coaches, talent scouts, parents in kindergartens and schools. And reach the stage of development and championship of 17-19 through the clubs and football federations. The findings of the quantitative showed that all paths of the model were significant and fit of the structural model was confirmed at a strong level.Conclusion: football federation managers and authorities are recommended to develop a comprehensive system for talent identification management in the country, the formation of scientific committees and talent identification bases in schools and clubs, Training of specialized manpower, pass the law to protect elite players, provide facilities in training camps, attract active and strong private sector, observing the principle of meritocracy in selecting coaches and players for the purpose of supporting and nurturing talent as vital important factors in the development of the country's football and following the mentioned model. مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر، تدوین مدل مدیریت جامع استعدادیابی فوتبال ایران بود.روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش آمیخته بود. مرحلة کیفی در سه مرحله، مرحلۀ اول، تحلیل محتوای پژوهش‌های انجام‌شده در حوزۀ استعدادیابی، مرحلۀ دوم، مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافتۀ 15 نفر از خبرگان ورزشی فدراسیون فوتبال به روش هدفمند تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری و مرحلۀ سوم، با 22 نفر از متخصصان فوتبال به روش دلفی انجام گرفت. مرحلۀ کمی پژوهش، با رویکرد پیمایشی انجام گرفت و از آمار توصیفی، برای توصیف متغیرها در جامعۀ تحقیق استفاده شد. در آمار استنباطی از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری برای سنجش اثر عوامل مختلف کمک گرفته شد و برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌‌ها از نرم‌‌افزار Smart PLS3 استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: مدل شش‌‌مرحله‌ای مدیریت جامع استعدادیابی فوتبال در دور سوم دلفی تأیید شد و یافته‌ها نشان داد کودکان باید از 4-7 سالگی از طریق مربیان پایه واستعدادیاب‌ها درمهدها، مدارس و والدین شناسایی شوند و وارد عرصۀ آموزش شوند و تا 17-19 سالگی از طریق باشگاه‌هاو فدراسیون فوتبال به مرحلۀ تکامل و قهرمانی برسند. یافته‌های بخش کمی نیز نشان داد، همۀ مسیرهای مدل معنادار است و برازش مدل ساختاری در سطح قوی تأیید شد.نتیجه‌گیری: ازاین‌رو به مدیران و مسئولان فدراسیون فوتبال توصیه می‌شود با تدوین نظام جامع و مدون برای مدیریت استعدادیابی در کشور، تشکیل کمیتۀ علمی و پایگاه‌های استعدادیابی کارامد در مدارس و باشگاه‌ها، پرورش نیروی انسانی متخصص، تصویب قانون حمایت بازیکنان نخبه، فراهم کردن تسهیلات در کمپ‌‌های تمرینی، جذب بخش خصوصی فعال و قوی، رعایت اصل شایسته‌سالاری در انتخاب مربیان و بازیکنان جهت پشتوانه‌سازی و استعدادپروری به‌عنوان عوامل حیاتی در پیشرفت فوتبال کشور و پیروی از مدل مذکور توجه کنند. https://jsm.ut.ac.ir/article_101506_5fa2cc8c4cf7f640214e428393cc32f7.pdf
