The statistical population of the research included experts in sports management, economics, private sector investors and managers in the field of educational sports in an unlimited number. In the qualitative section, 18 tons were selected as a research sample, and in the quantitative section, 122 tons were selected based on Cochran's formula. To achieve the goals of the research, a 71-question questionnaire made by the researcher was used. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 15 experts and the construct validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. Composite reliability indices and Cronbach's alpha for all constructs were higher than 0.7. Delphi method was used in three stages to analyze the data in the qualitative part. In the quantitative part, descriptive and inferential statistical methods including confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis were used with the help of SPSS 22 and Smartpls 2.0 software.<br /><br />Results: In this model, there are 7 categories of factors in the order of factor load priority, including financial and economic factors (0.759), managerial, educational and research factors (0.707), legal and political factors (0.706), supportive and encouraging factors (0.633). , media and marketing (0.607), cultural and social (0.471), sports (0.421). The obtained model had a good fit مقدمه: هدف از این پژوهش تبیین ساختاری از عوامل مؤثر برجذب سرمایه‌گذاری بخش خصوصی در ورزش تربیتی ایران بود.<br /><br />روش پژوهش: جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل صاحب‌نظران مدیریت ورزشی، اقتصاد، سرمایه‌گذاران بخش خصوصی و مدیران حوزه ورزش تربیتی به تعداد نامحدود بود. در بخش کیفی 18 تن به‌طور هدفمند و در بخش کمی بر اساس فرمول کوکران 122 تن به‌عنوان نمونه تحقیق برگزیده شدند. برای دست‌یابی به اهداف پژوهش از پرسشنامه 71 سؤالی محقق ساخته استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه به تائید 15 نفر از متخصصان رسید و روایی سازه پرسشنامه با تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مورد تائید قرار گرفت. شاخص‌های پایایی ترکیبی و آلفای کرونباخ برای تمامی سازه‌ها بالاتر از 7/0 بودند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها در بخش کیفی از روش دلفی در سه مرحله استفاده شد. در بخش کمی از روش‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی شامل، تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و تحلیل مسیر با کمک دو نرم‌افزار SPSS 22 و Smartpls 2.0 استفاده شد<br /><br />یافته ها: در این مدل 7 دسته عامل به ترتیب اولویت بار عاملی شامل عوامل مالی و اقتصادی (759/0)، مدیریتی، آموزشی و پژوهشی (707/0)، قانونی و سیاسی (706/0)، حمایتی و تشویقی (633/0)، رسانه و بازاریابی (607/0)، فرهنگی و اجتماعی (471/0)، ورزشی (421/0) وجود دارند. مدل به‌دست‌آمده از برازش مطلوب برخوردار بود.<br /><br />نتیجه گیری: مسئولین ورزش تربیتی و مدیران ورزشی در کشور با بکار گیری این عوامل و زمینه ایجاد آن‌ها می‌توانند در توسعه صنعت ورزش در این بخش تأثیرگذار باشند. https://jsm.ut.ac.ir/article_100665_aad9a08db84b76a0ca3a390bc86c3dd6.pdf
