تدوین الگوی عوامل مؤثر در جذب حامیان مالی از ورزش دوومیدانی ایران
هدف از این تحقیق، تدوین الگوی عوامل مؤثر در جذب حامیان مالی از ورزش دوومیدانی ایران بود. تحقیق حاضر ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر چگونگی جمعآوری دادهها توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی به شمار میآید که به شکل میدانی انجام شد.ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که بر اساس مقیاس 5 ارزشی لیکرت امتیازبندی شد. برای بررسی روایی پرسشنامه، پرسشنامه اولیه را به 8 تن از اساتید رشته مدیریت ورزشی ارائه و با جمعبندی نظرات آنها پرسشنامه نهایی تنظیم شد..در سطح آمار توصیفی از جداول فراوانی و شاخصهای مرکزی (میانگین) و پراکندگی (واریانس و انحراف معیار) استفاده گردید و در سطح آمار استنباطی ، آزمون t یک دامنه، آزمون فریدمن، آزمون همبستگی با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS و بهمنظور بررسی روایی ساختاری تحلیل عاملی تأییدی از نرمافزار AMOS استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد به ترتیب، عوامل رسانهای و تماشاگران، دولتی، مدیریتی-سازمانی، اجتماعی-فرهنگی، اقتصادی بیشترین نقش را در جذب حامیان مالی در ورزش دوومیدانی ایران داشتند. درنهایت وزارت ورزش و جوانان و فدراسیون دوومیدانی با توجه به شناسایی و نقش مثبت عوامل ذکرشده، میتوانند بهمنظور جذب حامیان مالی و برطرف کردن انتظارات آنها اقدام کنند.

اهداف، تنگناها و دستاوردهای حمایت مالی بانکهای دولتی و خصوصی از ورزش کشور
هدف این تحقیق، شناسایی اهداف، تنگناها و دستاوردهای حمایت مالی بانکهای دولتی و خصوصی از ورزش کشور بود. روش تحقیق کاربردی، کیفی و مسیر اجرای آن از طریق مصاحبه و با استفاده از روش تحلیل تماتیک بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق را مسئولین بخش حمایت مالی ورزشی بانکهای دولتی و خصوصی کشور تشکیل دادند که در پستهای مختلف در بخشهای بازاریابی، روابط عمومی، تبلیغات و... شاغل بودند، که 19 بانک( 5 بانک دولتی و 14 بانک خصوصی) حمایت مالی ورزشی داشتند. جامعه بطور تمامشمار در تحقیق مورد توجه قرار گرفت که امکان جمعآوری اطلاعات از 18 بانک فراهم بود. یافتهها نشان دادند که اهداف بانکها شامل سه دستهی توسعهی اجتماعی، بازاریابی و توسعهی سازمانی بود. تنگناهای بانکها در پنج گروه دستهبندی شدند که عبارتند از: قانونی، اقتصادی، ترویج رسانهای، بازخوردی و مدیریتی. بانکها به دستاوردهایی دست مییابند که در سه گروه دسته بندی شدند و عبارتند از: اجتماعی، بازاریابی و توسعه سازمانی. میتوان با در نظر گرفتن اهداف و دستاوردهای بانکها و تلاش در جهت تقویتشان و نیز شناسایی و تلاش در جهت رفع تنگناهای شناسایی شده، باعث حفظ حامیان حاضر و تشویق حامیان جدید به ورود به این عرصه گردید.

تبین نقش استقلال شغلی و پیچیدگی وظایف در رفتارهای خلاقانه کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان گلستان
هدف از این تحقیق، تبین نقش استقلال شغلی و پیچیدگی وظایف در رفتارهای خلاقانه کارکنان (220 نفر) ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان گلستان بود. 140 نفر از کارکنان این ادارات به شیوه تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری دادههای پژوهش، از پرسشنامههای استقلال شغلی لانگفرد (2005)، پیچیدگی وظایف ماینارد و هاکل (2009) و رفتارهای خلاقانه در محیط کار ژو و جرج (2001) استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامهها توسط متخصصین تأیید و ضریب پایایی پرسشنامهها به ترتیب 83/0، 78/0و 79/0 محاسبه گردید. تحلیل داده ها و شناسایی روابط علی بین متغیرها با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر نرم افزار اسمارت پی. ال. اس نسخۀ 2 صورت گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که استقلال در برنامهریزی شغلی اثری مثبت و معنیدار بر رفتارهای خلاقانه کارکنان دارد (34/0=β، 31/3=t). اثر استقلال در شیوه انجام کارها و استقلال در ارزیابی شغلی بر رفتارهای خلاقانه معنیدار نبود. دیگر یافته تحقیق نشان داد پیچیدگی وظایف شغلی اثری منفی و معنیدار بر رفتارهای خلاقانه کارکنان دارد (38/0-=β، 38/3=t). همچنین متغیرهای پیش بین تحقیق در مجموع 44 درصد از تغییرات متغیر رفتارهای خلاقانه را تبین می کنند.

طراحی الگوی عوامل موثر بر کنارهگیری بانوان از فعالیتهای ورزشی با استفاده از تکنیک دیمتل
هدف اصلی این پژوهش استفاده از تکنیک دیمتل برای طراحی الگوی عوامل مؤثر بر کنارهگیری بانوان از فعالیتهای ورزشی بود. این تحقیق کاربردی است که به روش آمیخته اکتشافی و در دو مرحلهی کیفی و کمی انجام شده است. در مرحلهی کیفی، نمونه آماری شامل 33 نفر از بانوان کل کشور بودند که فعالیتهای ورزشی سازمانیافته خود را حداقل برای مدت زمان یک سال ترک کرده و از طریق نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شده بودند. در مرحلهی کمی نیز نمونه آماری شامل 15 نفر از مسئولین ورزش بانوان، متخصصین علوم ورزشی با حداقل پنج سال سابقهی مربیگری و اساتید دانشگاهی در رشتهی مدیریت بودند که به روش هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در بخش کیفی مصاحبهی نیمه ساختارمند بود و در بخش کمی از پرسشنامه محقق ساختهای استفاده شد که عوامل آن از طریق مطالعهی بخش کیفی استخراج شده بود. نتایج پژوهش در الگوی بهدستآمده نشان داد عوامل محیطی و عوامل مدیریتی تاثیرگذار یعنی علت و عوامل فردی، عوامل بین فردی و کیفیت خدمات تأثیرپذیر یعنی معلول هستند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که عوامل فردی مشکل اصلی برای کنارهگیری بانوان از ورزش است و عوامل مدیریتی و تا حدودی عوامل محیطی میتواند در حل مشکل عوامل فردی کمک کند.

شناسایی چالش های پذیرش مقالات ایرانی حیطه ی علوم ورزشی در نشریات معتبر بین المللی(با تاکید بر وب او ساینس و اسکوپوس)
هدف پژوهش شناسایی چالش های پذیرش مقالات حوزه علوم ورزشی در نشریات معتبر بین المللی (با تاکید بر وب او ساینس و اسکوپوس) بود. برای تحقیق از روش کیفی استفاده شد. از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند از روش اشباع نظری 12 نفر از سردبیران نشریات معتبر بین المللی نمایه شده در وب او ساینس و اسکوپوس انتخاب و از طریق مصاحبه های اکتشافی و نیمه ساختارمند، اطلاعات لازم حاصل گردید. از روش های مختلف کدگذاری و به روش های کدگذاری، باز، کدکذاری محوری و نهایتاً کد گذاری انتخابی صورت گرفت و اطلاعات با توجه به اهداف و سوالات تحلیل و تفسیر گردید. در مرحله ی اول کدگذاری باز، تمامی نکات قابل استخراج مصاحبه استخراج کردید و برای مرحله ی دوم یعنی کدگذاری مرحله ای تحلیل شدهاند که در این مرحله نیز دسته بندی انجام گردید. در مرحله ی سوم کدگذاری انتخابی، سه کد مرتبط با چالش های پذیرش مقالات ورزشی در نشریات معتبر بین المللی بدست آمده است که شامل کیفیت ظاهری مقالات، کیفیت محتوایی مقالات و حرفه ای نویسی می باشد. امید است با در نظر گرفتن این موارد بتوان به چالش های پذیرش مقالات در حیطه ی علوم ورزشی در نشریات معتبر بین المللی مرتبط غلبه کرد..

تأثیر بازاریابی در رسانههای اجتماعی بر فرایند برندسازی و رفتار مصرفکننده باشگاههای فوتبال لیگ برتر ایران
هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی تأثیر بازاریابی در رسانههای اجتماعی بر فرایند برندسازی و رفتار مصرفکننده بر اساس مدل پیوستار روانشناختی در باشگاههای فوتبال لیگ برتر ایران بود. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق را هواداران باشگاههای لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران (1397-1396) تشکیل میدادند که حداقل از یکی از رسانههای اجتماعی باشگاه استفاده کرده بودند. روش نمونهگیری طبقهای بود و حداکثر حجم نمونه لازم 1155 نفر تعیین شد. جهت گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامة محقق ساخته استفاده شد که پس از تأیید روایی صوری و محتوایی آن توسط اساتید حوزه بازاریابی و رسانه، روایی سازه با تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی، مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری با کمک نرمافزارLISREL، نسخه 8.8 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بازاریابی در رسانه-های اجتماعی باشگاههای فوتبال تأثیر معنیداری بر فرایند برندسازی (67/0r=) و رفتار مصرفکننده (28/0r=) دارند. علاوه بر این، نتایج نشان داد که فرایند برندسازی بطور قابل توجهی بر رفتار مصرفکننده تأثیر میگذارد (16/1r=). نتایج این مطالعه میتواند به عنوان دادههای اساسی برای ادغام فعالیتهای رسانههای اجتماعی در استراتژیهای بازاریابی برندهای ورزشی و همچنین بهعنوان یک اهرم و مزیت رقابتی برای تأثیر بر رفتار هواداران و برقراری پیوند عمیقتر با باشگاه ورزشی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

طراحی مدل ارزشگذاری اقتصادی دارایی های نامشهود باشگاه های لیگ برتر هندبال ایران
هدف از این پژوهش طراحی مدل ارزشگذاری اقتصادی داراییهای نامشهود باشگاههای لیگ برتر هندبال ایران در سال 1397 بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر در بخش کیفی شامل 45 نفر و در بخش کمی به دلیل نامشخص بودن حجم جامعه آماری با استفاده از فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه برابر با 386 نفر برآورد شد. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و به روش پیمایشی اجرا گردید. ابتدا داراییهای نامشهود باشگاههای هندبال ایران در این پژوهش به روش کیفی شناسایی و سپس در رویکرد کمی پژوهش تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها از طریق مدل-سازی معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرمافزار PLS3 و SPSS22 بود. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین تاثیر در ارزشگذاری اقتصادی داراییهای نامشهود باشگاههای هندبال ایران را به ترتیب سرمایه معنوی با (ضریب مسیر902/)0، سرمایه ارتباطی(ضریب مسیر، 900/0)، سرمایه انسانی(ضریب مسیر، 890/0) و سرمایه ساختاری(ضریب مسیر، 885/0) داشتند. بنابراین میتوان از گفت در ارزشگذاری اقتصادی داراییهای نامشهود باشگاههای هندبال ایران شاخصهایی همچون حق پخش تلویزیونی و ماهواره ای در سرمایه معنوی، محبوبیت باشگاه، در سرمایه ارتباطی، بهسازی و آموزش منابع انسانی در سرمایه انسانی و برنامه های ارزیابی منسجم و منظم در سرمایه ساختاری بیشترین ارزش را در بین سایر شاخصهای مولفههای داراییهای نامشهود باشگاههای هندبال ایران دارا بودند.

بررسی و تحلیل نحوه توزیع استخرهای شنا از دیدگاه عدالت فضایی (مطالعه موردی: شهر اصفهان)
عدالت فضایی در توزیع خدمات عمومی شهری عامل مهمی برای بهبود کیفیت زندگی شهروندان و توسعه پایدار محیط شهری محسوب می شود. از این رو، هدف این تحقیق بررسی و تحلیل نحوه توزیع استخرهای شنا از دیدگاه عدالت فضایی (مطالعه موردی: شهر اصفهان) بود. روش تحقیق توصیفی _ تحلیلی بود که از لحاظ هدف جزء تحقیقات کاربردی بود. قلمروه تحقیق را کلیه استخرهای شنای مناطق 15گانه شهر اصفهان (37) تشکیل داده بودند. برای تحلیل فضایی استخرهای شنای شهر اصفهان از شاخصهای جمعیت، مساحت، تعداد استخر در هر منطقه و نحوه پراکنش استخرها استفاده شد. همچنین محیط Arc GIS و الگوریتمهای مختلف آن برای انجام محاسبات مختلف و تهیه نقشهها لازم بکار برده شد. تحلیل کلی وضعیت استخرهای شنای شهر اصفهان از منظر عدالت فضایی بر اساس شاخصهای جمعیت، مساحت، تعداد استخر در هر منطقه و نحوه پراکنش نشان داد، استخرهای شنای شهر اصفهان از توزیع مناسبی در مناطق مختلف برخوردار نیستند و دسترسی عادلانه و مناسب به استخرهای شنا در مناطق مختلف با مشکل مواجه است.

مدلسازی عوامل مؤثر بر فعالیت بدنی (مطالعه موردی: مراجعه کنندگان به پارک ها)
هدف اصلی پژوهش، مدلسازی عوامل مؤثر بر فعالیت بدنی افراد در پارک ها بود. روش تحقیق از نوع پیمایشی و به لحاظ هدف کاربردی بود. نمونه آماری پژوهش شامل 370 نفر از افراد مراجعه کننده به پارک های سطح شهر اهواز جهت انجام فعالیت بدنی، بود. ابزاراندازه گیری، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که در سه بخش وضعیت محل زندگی، ساختار پارک ها و عوامل روانی-اجتماعی تنظیم شد که پس از تأیید روایی محتوا و سازه آن از طریق تحلیل عاملی در اختیار جامعه آماری قرار گرفت. داده ها نیزبا استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری در محیط نرم افزار PLS تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که وضعیت محل زندگی، ساختار پارک ها و عوامل روانی-اجتماعی بر فعالیت بدنی شهروندان اهوازی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد و ساختار پارک ها و عوامل روانی-اجتماعی، اثری تعدیل کننده بر فعالیت بدنی افراد می گذارد. بنابراین در شرایطی که امکان تغییر محل زندگی افراد و شاخص های مرتبط با آن مانند همجواری و نوع دسترسی وجود نداشته باشد، در وهله اول با تجهیز و افزایش کیفیت امکانات ورزشی و رفاهی پارک ها و در وهله دوم با تقویت عوامل روانی-اجتماعی می توان موانع محیطیِ ورزش افراد را تا حدودی مرتفع کرد.

طراحی الگوی کیفیت خدمات در باشگاه های لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران ( مطالعه موردی : باشگاه ذوب آهن و سپاهان)
هدف این پژوهش بررسی ابعادکیفیت خدمات درباشگاههای لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران و ارائه الگوی مناسب بود . روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی و به شکل میدانی اجرا شد. جامعه آماری از تماشاگران تعداد360 نفر به عنوان نمونه و به روش تصادفی - غیر احتمالی انتخاب شدند . برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه خدمات؛ کرونین و تیلور (1994)، پاراسورامان و همکاران (1998)،یوشیدا و جیمز (2011)، پرسشنامه سرگرمی راست و همکاران (2004)، پرسشنامه هویت تیمی ساتون و همکاران (1997)و پرسشنامه راحتی کاهل و مادریگال (2003)استفاده گردید . به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل ویژگی های جمعیت شناختی از آمار توصیفی و برای تحلیل داده ها از مدل معادلات ساختاری از طریق نرم افزار آموس و از آزمون کلموگروف-اسمیرنوف، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چند متغیره نیز در بخش آمار استنباطی استفاده شد . نتایج نشان داد که بین جوبازی و کیفیت زیبایی؛ تجربه جمعیت و کیفیت زیبایی؛ عملکردبازیکنان تیم و کیفیت فنی؛ ویژگیهای بازیکنان تیم حریف و کیفیت فنی؛ کارکنان خدمت رسان و کیفیت عملکردی؛ دسترسی به تسهیلات و کیفیت عملکردی؛ جایگاه تماشاگران و کیفیت عملکردی؛ کیفیت زیبایی شناختی و بعدتفریح وسرگرمی؛ کیفیت فنی و هویت تیمی و در نهایت میان کیفیت عملکردی و راحتی تماشاگران رابطه معناداری وجود دارد.

شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل رسانه های جمعی موثردرتوسعه فرهنگ سیاسی ورزش قهرمانی
هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل رسانه های جمعی در توسعه فرهنگ سیاسی ورزش قهرمانی از دیدگاه اساتید مدیریت ورزشی، رسانه، اصحاب رسانه و ورزشکاران بود. نمونه ای هدفمند از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی، رسانه، اصحاب رسانه و قهرمانان ورزشی ملی و استانی در سال 97 به تعداد125 نفرانتخاب شد. ابزار، پرسشنامۀ ساخته محقق بود که روایی آن توسط اساتید تربیت بدنی، رسانه و ورزشکاران مورد تایید قرار گرفت. پایایی پرسشنامه، با استفاده از روش ضریب آلفای کرونباخ(91/0= α ) محاسبه گردید. روش تحلیل داده ها استفاده از معادلات ساختاری، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مرتبۀ اول و دوم بود. نتایج نشان داد که سه عامل مرتبط با رسانههای جمعی شامل فرهنگی، آموزشی و تبلیغی است. ضمناً گویههای وجودتفکراستراتژیک و درازمدت وپرهیزازروزمرگی درامربرنامه سازی در ورزش، تشویق اسپانسرها جهت حمایت ازورزش قهرمانی و صلاحیت حرفه ای منتقدان رسانه های ورزشی به ترتیب در عاملهای فرهنگی، آموزشی و تبلیغی در اولویت اول قرار داشتند. براساس یافتههای این پژوهش رسانه های جمعی باید یک مؤلفه مهم در جهت توسعۀ فرهنگ سیاسی در ورزش قهرمانی مورد توجه قرارگیرد. همچنین توسعه فرهنگ سیاسی ورزش قهرمانی با همکاری همه جانبه جامعه رسانه ای، ورزشی و علم به ورزش قهرمانی صورت می گیرد.

شناسایی عوامل موثر بر رتبه بندی دانشکده های شرکت کننده در جشنواره ورزشی دانشجویی دانشگاه تهران
این پژوهش با هدف رتبهبندی دانشکدههای شرکتکننده در جشنواره ورزشی دانشجویان دانشگاه تهران تدوین شده است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی است که به صورت میدانی انجام شده است. جامعه آمارى این تحقیق را کلیه کارشناسان تربیتبدنى دانشگاه تهران، مدیر، معاون و کارکنان اداره کل تربیت بدنى دانشگاه تهران و برخی از اساتید تربیتبدنی عضو دانشگاه تهران تشکیل دادند. با توجه به جامعه، نمونه آماری به صورت تمام شمار میباشد. به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات، از پرسشنامه محققساخته 28 سوالی استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوی پرسشنامه توسط اساتید و متخصصان حوزه تربیتبدنی تأیید و پایایی پرسشنامه از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 87/0 گزارش شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی در نرم افزار Spss نسخه 22 و بررسی مدل ساختاری با نرم افزار AMOS استفاده به عمل آمد. بر اساس تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی 6 عامل تعداد مدالها، مجموع امتیازات، کمیت و کیفیت ورزشکاران و تیمهای اعزامی، مدیریت تیمها و ورزشکاران، حمایت مسئولان و تماشاچیان دانشکدهها و مدیریت رویدادها و مسابقات از گویههای تحقیق استخراج شدند که توان پیشگوئی این عوامل بر اساس مجموع درصد واریانس تجمعی عاملها برابر با 561/80 درصد بوده است.

تاثیر مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت بر ترجیح برند (مورد مطالعه: باشگاه فرهنگی ورزشی انقلاب تهران)
هدف از این پژوهش مطالعه تاثیر مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت بر ترجیح برند باشگاه انقلاب از منظر مشتریان آن بود. این پژوهش از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی-تحلیلی و از نظر هدف از نوع کاربردی بود. جامعه پژوهش حاضر، شامل تمامی مشتریان باشگاه فرهنگی ورزشی انقلاب تهران بود. انتخاب مشتریان باشگاه فرهنگی ورزشی انقلاب تهران از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده استفاده شد. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، پرسشنامه استاندارد مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت و ترجیح برند متیو تینگچی لیو و همکاران سال 2014 بود و جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها و پردازش مدل از نرم افزار PLS استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که هر سه بعد؛ مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت مربوط به محیط زیست، مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت مربوط به جامعه و مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت مربوط به ذینفعان هم بهطور مستقیم و هم با میانجیگری کیفیت درک شده برند بر ترجیح برند باشگاه باشگاه فرهنگی ورزشی انقلاب تهران تاثیر معنادار داشتند. بنابراین, ﻓﻌﺎلیتﻫﺎﻳﻲ ﻛﻪ در جهت اﻳﻔﺎی ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺖ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ هستند ﺑﻪ اﻳﺠﺎد ﺗﺼﻮﻳﺮی ﺧﻮب از برند باشگاه و ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻪ ای ﻣﺜﺒﺖ در ﺑﻴﻦ ﻣﺸﺘﺮﻳﺎن بالفعل و بالقوه برند آن منجر شده، خشنودی آنها را از ترجیح برند در پی دارد.

بررسی عوامل موثر بر توسعه و گسترش خدمات الکترونیکی بلیت فروشی لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران
هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی عوامل موثر بر توسعه و گسترش خدمات الکترونیکی بلیت فروشی لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران میباشد. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع کاربردی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، تماشاچیان مسابقه پرسپولیس و استقلال در تاریخ 4 آبان ماه 1396 بودند که برای دیدن بازی تیم محبوبشان با استفاده از بلیت الکترونیک حضور پیدا کردند. از این جامعه بر اساس جدول مورگان نمونهای به حجم 384 نفر و به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی انتخاب شد. برای اولویت بندی هر یک از عوامل از آزمون فریدمن و برای تعیین و شناسایی عوامل اثرگذار بر گسترش استفاده از خدمات الکترونیک بلیت فروشی از رویکرد تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان میدهد عوامل شناسایی شده بر گسترش استفاده از خدمات الکترونیک بلیت فروشی موثرند. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش، مدل پذیرش فناوری در مقایسه با سایر متغیرها بیشترین تاثیر را بر استفاده از خدمات الکترونیک بلیت فروشی میگذارد (91درصد). بخش دیگر نتایج، تاثیر 75درصدی اعتماد به باشگاه و اعتماد به فناوری بر قصد استفاده از خدمات الکترونیک بلیت فروشی است. تاثیر متغیر اعتمادسازی در پیش بینی تمایل و قصد استفاده از بلیت فروشی الکترونیک کاملا واضح است و اشاعه نوآوری در مقایسه با سایر متغیرها کمترین تاثیر را داشت(64درصد).

تدوین راهکارهای توسعه کیفی آموزش مربیان ورزشی استان گلستان
هدف از این پژوهش، تدوین راهکارهای توسعه کیفی آموزش مربیان ورزشی استان گلستان بود. به این منظور از روش تحقیق آمیخته که ترکیبی از روشهای کیفی (مطالعه و مصاحبه) و کمی (پرسشنامه) می باشد، استفاده شد. راهکارهای استخراج شده از مطالعات و مصاحبه ها در قالب پرسشنامه پنج ارزشی لیکرت تنظیم و بین نمونه آماری (مدیران، کارشناسان و مربیان ورزشی نخبه استان گلستان) توزیع شدند. روایی محتوای پرسشنامه توسط 7 نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی که در حوزه مربیگری سابقه تدریس و تحقیق داشتند تایید شد و پایایی آن در یک مطالعه مقدماتی روی 30 نفر از نمونه آماری، 84/0 به دست آمد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون فریدمن نشان داد که عوامل مرتبط با ارزیابی اثربخشی آموزش، نیازسنجی آموزشی، برنامه ریزی آموزشی، اجرای آموزش و استانداردسازی فعالیت های آموزشی به ترتیب بیشترین اهمیت را در آموزش کیفی مربیان ورزشی استان گلستان داشتند. در ادامه، راهکارهای متناظر با هر یک از عوامل آموزش مربیان، شناسایی و اولویت بندی شدند.
