The statistical population consisted of all employees in Sport and Youth general office of Kerman province and all of them were selected as the sample by census sampling method (n=92). Data were collected by big five personality (Den Eve and Oswald, 2012), employee silence (Brinsfield, 2009) and organizational indifference (Danaei Fard et al., 2009) questionnaires. Pearson correlation coefficient and path analysis were used to analyze the data. The results revealed a significant reverse relationship between conscientiousness, openness to experience and extraversion with silence and organizational indifference. Findings from path analysis showed that personality had a direct effect on employees’ silence and organizational indifference and it indirectly influenced indifference through employees’ silence. Therefore, it can be concluded that those employees with conscientiousness, openness to experience and extraversion personality would not be silent on the problems in the organization and will be sensitive to the future of the organization. Thus, if organizations seek to have the culture of comments, they should consider personality as a part of human resources planning process.}, keywords = {Conscientiousness,employee silence,Extraversion,openness to experience,organizational indifference,Organizational Silence,Personality}, title_fa = {نقش شخصیت در سکوت کارکنان و ایجاد بی‌تفاوتی سازمانی}, abstract_fa = {  پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش شخصیت در سکوت میان کارکنان و ایجاد بیتفاوتی سازمانی اجرا شد. جامعۀ آماری شامل کلیۀ کارکنان ادارۀ کل ورزش و جوانان استان کرمان بود که به روش تمامشماری، همگی جزو نمونۀ تحقیق محسوب شدند (92=n). گردآوری دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامههای شخصیت (دنوی و اُسوالد، 2012)، سکوت کارکنان (برینزفیلد، 2009) و بیتفاوتی سازمانی (داناییفرد و همکاران، 1389) انجام گرفت. از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر برای تحلیل دادهها استفاده شد. نتایج، حاکی از وجود ارتباط معکوس و معنادار میان وظیفهشناسی، تجربه‌پذیری و برونگرایی با سکوت و بیتفاوتی سازمانی بود. یافتههای حاصل از تحلیل مسیر نیز نشان داد شخصیت بر سکوت کارکنان و بیتفاوتی سازمانی تأثیری مستقیم دارد و از طریق سکوت کارکنان نیز بر بی‌تفاوتی اثر غیرمستقیم میگذارد. با توجه به یافتهها میتوان نتیجه گرفت کارکنان وظیفهشناس، تجربهپذیر و برونگرا، در مقابل مشکلات سازمان سکوت نخواهند کرد و به آیندۀ سازمان حساس خواهند بود. در نتیجه اگر سازمانها بهدنبال ایجاد فرهنگ اظهار نظر در سازمان هستند، باید شخصیت را بهعنوان بخشی از فرایند برنامهریزی منابع انسانی در نظر بگیرند.}, keywords_fa = {برون‌گرایی,بی‌تفاوتی سازمانی,تجربه‌پذیری,سکوت کارکنان,سکوت سازمانی,شخصیت,وظیفه‌شناسی}, url = {https://jsm.ut.ac.ir/article_62985.html}, eprint = {https://jsm.ut.ac.ir/article_62985_5cd9a5355598296c39c97ac17ebd55eb.pdf} }
