In this regard, Wood job satisfaction (1986), Kim andLung (2007) organizational justice, and Cummann (1979) turnover intentionquestionnaires were used. The statistical population consisted of experts ofsport federations and 210 experts were selected as the sample. Constructvalidity of the questionnaires were confirmed by confirmatory factoranalysis and LISREL8.8. The reliability of the questionnaires wasdetermined as 0.84, 0.87 and 0.86 respectively. For data analysis, StructuralEquation Modeling and Visual PLS Software were used. Findings showedthat the effect of organizational justice on job satisfaction was significant(β= 0.775, t=21.189) and on turnover intention was not significant (β= -0.016, t= -0.211). Also, findings showed that the effect of job satisfaction onturnover intention was negative and significant (β= -0.520, t= -4.75). Otherfinding was that indirect effect of organizational justice (β= -0.403) onturnover intention was greater than its direct effect (β= -0.016) (-1.96≤ tvalue ≤+1.96). It is suggested that sports federations should promoteorganizational justice and job satisfaction in their employees in order toreduce their turnover intention.}, keywords = {Job satisfaction,Organizational Justice,sport federations,Structural equations,Turnover intention}, title_fa = {نقش رضایت شغلی در ارتباط عدالت سازمانی با تمایل به ترک شغل در کارشناسان فدراسیون‌های ورزشی}, abstract_fa = {هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش رضایت شغلی در ارتباط بین عدالت سازمانی با تمایل به ترک شغل در کارشناسان فدراسیون‌های ورزشی بود. بدین منظور از پرسشنامه‌های رضایت شغلی وود (1986)، عدالت سازمانی کیم و لونگ (2007) و تمایل به ترک شغل کامان (1979) استفاده شد. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق شامل کارشناسان فدراسیون‌ها بود که 210 نفر به‌عنوان نمونۀ آماری تحقیق انتخاب شدند. روایی سازۀ ابزار تحقیق به روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار لیزرل 8.8 تأیید شد. همچنین پایایی ابزار تحقیق به‌ترتیب 84/0، 87/0، و 86/0 به‌دست آمد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از معادلات ساختاری با کاربرد نرم‌افزار Visual PLS استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد، اثر عدالت سازمانی بر رضایت شغلی، معنادار (189/21=t،  775/0β=)، و بر تمایل به ترک شغل غیرمعنادار است (211/0- =t، 016/0-β=). همچنین نتایج حاکی از اثر منفی و معنادار رضایت شغلی بر تمایل به ترک شغل بود (75/4- =t، 520/0-β=). دیگر یافتۀ تحقیق این بود که اثر غیرمستقیم عدالت سازمانی (403/0-=β)، بر تمایل به ترک شغل بیشتر از اثر مستقیم آن است (016/0-β=)، (96/1≤ t value+≤96/1-). پیشنهاد می‌شود فدراسیون‌های ورزشی به‌منظور کاهش تمایل به ترک شغل کارکنان خود، زمینۀ ارتقای سطح عدالت سازمانی و رضایت شغلی کارکنان خود را فراهم کنند.}, keywords_fa = {ترک شغل,رضایت شغلی,عدالت سازمانی,فدراسیون‌های ورزشی,معادلات ساختاری}, url = {https://jsm.ut.ac.ir/article_53123.html}, eprint = {https://jsm.ut.ac.ir/article_53123_46097ece1de610a922a332bb88a2d821.pdf} }
